Alano DT 3 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Alano DT 3 platform, accessible at alanodt3.app. By creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use any service offered on the platform. Alano DT 3 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all products offered on the platform — including sports betting, casino, live casino, slot games and the VIP programme. Product-specific rules and promotion-specific terms apply in addition to these general terms where relevant.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To use Alano DT 3, you must register a personal account. Registration requires a valid email address or phone number, a password and accurate personal details including your full name and date of birth.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. The platform is strictly for adult use only.
• Each individual may hold only one account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different personal details — is a breach of these terms and will result in suspension of all accounts held.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration. Alano DT 3 may request verification documents — including a copy of a government-issued ID — at any stage to confirm your identity.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Any activity that takes place on your account while you are logged in is your responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. The platform cannot be held responsible for losses arising from shared credentials or failure to secure your login details.

3 Deposits and Payment Methods

All transactions on the Alano DT 3 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section of your account.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the account being debited belongs to someone other than the Alano DT 3 account holder — are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier before you confirm. These limits may vary by payment method.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically process instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing time. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.
• Alano DT 3 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside the platform's control.
• The platform reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds if a pattern of unusual activity is detected. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not specific to any individual player.

4 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. VIP members at Gold and Diamond tier receive priority processing.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name on your Alano DT 3 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, identity verification may be required. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid CNIC or passport. This is a one-time requirement for most accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of your request. These vary by payment method.
• If an active bonus is attached to your account balance, the associated wagering requirements must be completed before the portion of the balance linked to that bonus becomes withdrawable. Your account dashboard shows your current wagering progress.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed under review if the account has not completed identity verification, if the account shows unusual activity patterns or if the deposit method used has not yet fully settled.
• Processing times vary by method: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Alano DT 3 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms — these are always displayed at the point of offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The required multiple (for example, 10x or 20x) and the qualifying games or bet types are stated in each offer's terms.
• Free bets are credited to your bonus balance. Winnings from free bets are credited as bonus funds and are subject to their own wagering terms.
• Bonuses are intended for individual player use only. Any indication of coordinated bonus abuse — including patterns consistent with matched betting or bonus farming — will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account review.
• Alano DT 3 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn after you have already opted in, your existing progress toward the wagering requirement will be honoured.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The sports betting section of Alano DT 3 covers cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches — as well as football, esports and other sports listed in the sportsbook. The following general rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled by the player after placement. Please review your selections carefully before confirming.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. The odds confirmed on your bet slip are the odds applied to your wager — subsequent changes to displayed odds do not affect confirmed bets.
• In-play betting markets may suspend during live events. If a market is suspended at the time you attempt to place a bet, the bet will not be accepted and your stake will not be deducted.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled before the result criteria are determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned. For cricket matches, specific rain-rule and DLS-method settlement rules apply and are detailed in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — will be voided. Bets placed at erroneously displayed odds will be settled at the correct market price or voided at Alano DT 3's discretion.
• Accumulator bets that include one or more voided selections will be resettled with the voided selection removed. The remaining selections will determine the outcome at the adjusted combined odds.
• Any bet placed using information that is not publicly available at the time of placement — including insider information — is a breach of these terms and will result in the bet being voided and the account being suspended.

7 Casino and Slot Games

The casino section includes RNG table games, video slots, Megaways titles and progressive jackpots. The live casino section features real dealer tables streamed in real time. All games use certified random number generators supplied by the game provider and are not modified by the platform.

• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are displayed on the game information screen. RTPs reflect the theoretical long-term payout percentage and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.
• If a casino or slot game disconnects mid-round due to a network or technical issue, the round will be completed according to the game provider's own disconnection policy. Where the round outcome can be determined, it will be settled accordingly. Where it cannot, the stake is returned.
• Live casino dealer decisions are final once the round is closed. Disputes regarding live game outcomes should be submitted to support within 24 hours of the session, with the game round ID noted in your account history.

8 Prohibited Conduct

• Creating more than one account, or using another person's identity or payment method to create an account.
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to place bets, interact with casino games or otherwise operate the platform without human input.
• Exploiting errors, glitches or pricing mistakes in any part of the platform.
• Coordinated bonus abuse, matched betting across multiple accounts or any systematic activity designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Providing false personal information, uploading falsified verification documents or attempting to impersonate another person.
• Using the platform for any activity that could constitute money laundering or that does not have a legitimate gaming purpose.
• Placing bets on markets where you have knowledge of the outcome that is not available to the general public at the time of placement.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Alano DT 3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is a reasonable basis to believe these terms have been breached. You may also request closure of your own account at any time by contacting support.

• Where an account is suspended due to a suspected breach of terms, funds in the account will be held while the investigation is ongoing. If the investigation concludes with no evidence of breach, the account will be reinstated and funds released.
• Where a breach is confirmed — such as duplicate accounts, fraud or prohibited conduct — Alano DT 3 reserves the right to forfeit the balance associated with the breach activity. Deposits made through legitimate means will generally be returned minus any bonus funds linked to the breach.
• Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — such as self-exclusion — should contact support. Self-excluded accounts will not be reopened at the player's later request within the self-exclusion period.
• Dormant accounts — those with no login activity for 12 consecutive months and a positive balance — may be subject to an inactivity fee as detailed in the fee schedule in the account settings section. You will receive a notification before any fee is applied.

10 Privacy and Data

• Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers and fraud prevention services as necessary to operate your account.

• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data held about you or to request deletion of your account and data, subject to legal retention obligations. Contact support to submit such a request.

11 Responsible Gaming
